Product Strategy
& Design

Whether you have a well-defined idea, a product requirements document, an existing product, or a prototype you've already built, we can quickly step in and lead the product strategy and design process.
01

We Start with What
You Already Have

Not every project starts from scratch. We can join at the idea stage, when a requirements document already exists, when there's an initial UX specification, or when a prototype has been created using AI or no-code tools. We treat everything that's already been done as valuable input, learning from it to understand the goals and requirements while identifying what should be preserved, refined, or added to turn it into a complete product.

02

Understanding the Product
and Its Context

Before designing screens, we define what the product needs to achieve, who will use it, and which workflows, decisions, and situations it needs to support. We study the business environment, users, constraints, and existing systems to ensure the solution is tailored to your product, your organization, and the real-world context in which it operates.

03

Defining the Product Structure

We turn ideas, requirements, and insights into a clear, cohesive product structure. We define modules, workflows, information architecture, and the relationships between different parts of the system, while also addressing context-dependent scenarios.

04

Designing and Validating the Experience

We design user flows and interactions, create alternative solutions and prototypes, and evaluate them against the product goals and user needs. Our work is always grounded in research, experience, user behavior, and a deep understanding of complex products and systems.

05

Designing a Complete
and Consistent Product

Once the product structure and workflows are defined, we design the interface and visual language. Our work includes key screens, different states, reusable components, and a Design System that keeps the product consistent as it evolves. The result is not just a collection of screens, but a structured foundation for product and development teams.

06

Supporting Implementation
and Maintaining Quality

Our work doesn't end when we hand over a Figma file. We continue working with your product and development teams, answering questions throughout implementation, resolving product decisions that arise along the way, and ensuring the final product stays true to the intended product logic, UX, and design. This helps maintain product quality throughout the transition from design to development.

07

Using AI Without Compromising Professional Judgment

We use AI tools for research, synthesis, ideation, exploring alternatives, prototyping, and design, incorporating tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, and Claude Code whenever they fit the project. These tools help us move faster, but they don't replace the need to define the product correctly, identify gaps, validate assumptions, understand the context, and make the right product decisions. The faster we can build, the more important it is to think precisely.

No matter where your product is today—from an initial idea, through an AI-built prototype, to a complex product already in use—we know how to build on what’s already there, refine what’s missing, and take your product to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does product strategy include in your process?

We define the problem the product is meant to solve, its business goals, users, value proposition, and key user scenarios. We then translate these decisions into a clear product structure, priorities, and direction that can be designed, built, and developed.

  • We already have a requirement document or UX specification. Do we need to start from scratch?

No. We use your existing materials as a starting point, review the assumptions they are based on, and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unanswered cases. Our goal is to preserve the work that has already been done while adding the depth needed before moving forward.

  • Can we work with you on only part of the process?

Yes. We can support product or prototype reviews, product strategy, research, UX, UI design, Design Systems, or implementation support. The scope of work is tailored to the product's current stage, your team's capabilities, and your business goals.

  • How do AI tools fit into your process?

We use AI tools for research, synthesis, exploring alternatives, validating directions, prototyping, and design, using tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, and others. Every output is reviewed against the product goals, context, users, constraints, and edge cases before it is accepted as an outcome.

  • How do you make sure the solution isn't generic and truly fits our product?

We study your business processes, users, information architecture, roles, permissions, and the unique constraints of your product. Our UX work also addresses exceptions, dependencies, and edge cases, ensuring the solution not only looks good but also works effectively in the real-world context of your organization and users.

  • What do you get at the end of the process?

Deliverables are tailored to the scope of the project and may include product definition, a Product Blueprint, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, detailed UX specifications, UX/UI design, a Design System, and implementation guidelines. When needed, we continue supporting the development team and provide quality assurance until the product is complete.
