For more than 25 years I’ve worked in product, strategy and user experience, and along the way I’ve worked on more than 1,500 projects involving products and complex systems.
That experience has taught me that behind every complex product lies a mix of business needs, users, technology, constraints and many decisions that have to come together into one clear direction.
Today I work closely with clients: I get deep into the product and the challenge, help sharpen the direction and make the right decisions, and stay close even as the work moves from planning to execution.
Alongside me is an experienced team that brings Product, Research, UX/UI and AI capabilities, so thinking and execution stay connected all the way through.
